Refund policy

At Tetra Handpans, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our instruments. Each handpan is carefully inspected before shipment. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please review our return policy below.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your handpan arrives faulty or damaged, please get in touch with us within 14 days of receiving the item.
Send a brief description of the issue along with a photo or short video clip showing the problem. 

Once we have looked over your message, we will be sure to give you instructions on where to return the handpan.
After we receive the returned item and confirm the issue, we will send you a replacement handpan and cover the return shipping costs.

International Orders

For international orders, please contact us before initiating a return to arrange the most suitable return and replacement process.

General Return Conditions

  • Returns are accepted only for faulty or damaged instruments.

  • The handpan must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Returns requested after 14 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refun
