Returns
If a handpan is faulty, within the first 14 days of receiving the item … please email a
photo or short video clip of the problem to festivaljamlive@gmail.com. We will give you instructions where to return the handpan - Grays, Essex, UK. Once we
have received the item back. We will then send out a replacement handpan and cover the returning distribution costs.

Shipping was quick and very well packaged - I was concerned about damage as delivery drivers can sometimes be quite heavy handed but it arrived very secure. We had a small issue with the zipper pulls on the carry case arriving broken but the seller sent us out a new one very quickly at no extra cost - thank you so much! The handpan itself seems very sturdy and well made and produces some amazing sounds, even for a complete beginner. Definitely reccomend!
